Product Details & Availability

We endeavor to display accurate product images and descriptions; however, colors and sizes may vary slightly due to screen settings and craftsmanship nuances. Product availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items.

Order Process & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, subject to our acceptance. We may cancel or refuse orders for reasons including payment issues or suspected fraud. Payments are securely processed online; we do not store your payment details.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders usually ship within 48 hours, except personalized items which may take longer. Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹999. Tracking information will be shared over WhatsApp, email, and SMS. Multiple shipments may occur for mixed orders.

Returns & Refunds

  • Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery for unused items.
  • Orders below ₹499 are non-returnable.
  • Personalized items and certain categories like perfumes or religious idols are ineligible for returns unless defective.
  • Refunds follow inspection.
  • For smooth returns, please record a 360-degree unboxing video as proof. Lack of video or signs of tampering may affect claim validity.
  • Shipping fees at purchase are non-refundable.
  • Missing items in returns may lead to deductions.

Replacement & Exchanges

Replacements and exchanges follow the same conditions as returns and are processed once the original item is received.
