Shipping

  • Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours. Personalized items may require additional processing time. If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized items, the order will be split, and non-personalized items will be delivered first.
  • Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹999. For orders below ₹999, applicable shipping charges will apply. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on international orders or for returns.
  • Tracking: You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS once your order ships. If you order multiple items including personalized or gold jewelry, shipments may arrive separately.

Returns

  • Return Policy: We accept returns within 48 hours of order delivery for all unused and unworn items. Returns are not accepted for orders below ₹499. Personalized jewelry, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and religious idols are non-returnable except in cases of defects or spurious products.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. Any shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
  • Missing Items: If items are missing from a return package, we reserve the right to deduct the full MRP of missing items, including promotional products or gifts, from your refund.
  • Replacement & Exchange: Replacement or exchange requests are subject to the same conditions as returns and will only be shipped after receipt of the original product.
  • Return Process: Initiate returns via our website/app or contact customer support. Be available for reverse pickup and answer calls from the delivery partner; non-availability can cause cancellation and delays.
  • Serviceability: Most pin codes support forward and reverse delivery. For pin codes without reverse service, you may be asked to return the item via alternate courier (e.g., India Post) and reimbursed up to ₹70. Excess charges over ₹70 will be deducted from refunds.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: For clarity and proof during returns, please record a 360-degree unboxing video of your package upon delivery. This video helps both parties verify the condition of the product and ensures smooth processing of return requests. Claims without sufficient video evidence or with signs of package tampering may not be honored.
  • Damaged or Missing Shipments: Report any empty or missing parcel issues to customer support within 48 hours with the unboxing video. We reserve the right to make the final decision on such claims.
