Q: My COD order was cancelled, but I didn't cancel it. Can I reorder?
A: For COD orders, we confirm within 7 days. If we don't hear from you, the order auto-cancels. You can definitely reorder! Just place a new order or contact team@yursilver.com, and we'll recreate and expedite your original order.
Q: Can I pay COD via UPI instead of cash?
A: Yes! Most logistics partners now support UPI (GPay, PhonePe) for COD payments. Simply inform the delivery person of your preferred UPI app, and they'll send a QR code or payment request.
Q: Order already in transit?
Contact us immediately. We'll request the courier to hold the package for a few days and reattempt delivery (not guaranteed, but we'll try).
Alternatively, authorize your neighbor/building security to receive it.
Q: I'm out of station. Can the package arrive when I return?
A: Order not yet shipped?
Email us your return date, and we'll hold and ship accordingly.
Q: I received an empty box. What should I do?
A: This is serious! Please:
1. Take photos/video of the empty box and sealed parcel (if applicable)
2. Email team@yursilver.com immediately with images and order number
3. We'll ship a replacement at no cost and escalate to the courier partner
Q: Will the delivery person call me before arriving?
A: Most leading logistics partners call ahead before delivery. However, since third-party agents are involved, we can't guarantee this. We recommend keeping your phone available during business hours.
Q: Can delivery be faster? I'm willing to pay extra.
A: Most of our orders already airship, so expedited delivery isn't necessary and we don't charge extra. However, contact us with your order number, and we'll dispatch it as early as possible within our next batch.
Q: Do you ship outside India (to Canada/USA/UAE)?
A: Currently, free shipping is only within India. However, we can ship internationally if you cover shipping costs. Email team@yursilver.com with your location, and we'll provide shipping quotes and processing timeline (typically 15 business days).
Q: Can I change my delivery address?
A:Before pickup from our warehouse?
Yes, absolutely! Contact us immediately with your order number and new address.
After dispatch?Unfortunately, address changes aren't possible post-shipment. You can either:- Accept delivery at the original address, OR- Refuse delivery, and we'll reship to your updated address at no extra cost.
Q: I need my order by a specific date (gift/event). Can you guarantee it?
We try our best, but *guaranteed delivery dates aren't assured* due to logistics variables. However, if you email *team@yursilver.com* with your order number and required date immediately after ordering, we'll attempt expedited processing on a best-effort basis. We airship most orders already, so rush charges don't apply.
Q: How do I return a product?
1. Email team@yursilver.com with "Return Request" in the subject
2. Include product images and your order number
3. We arrange free reverse pickup within 72 hours
4. Refund processes in 4-6 working days post-pickup
5. Keep your original packaging safe during the return window—jewelry is fragile!
Q: What is your return policy?
We offer a 48 hours no-questions-asked return policy on all unused, unworn items in original packaging. Items must be unworn and in the condition received. Customized/personalized jewelry (engraved pieces, custom-designed items) are non-returnable . Items purchased from third-party marketplaces follow their respective policies.
Q: The order has shipped, but I want to cancel it. What should I do?
Since your order is already shipped, please *refuse delivery* when the package arrives. For prepaid orders, we'll initiate a refund once you refuse delivery. INR 60 will be deducted as delivery reversal charges.
Q: My order is unshipped. I'd like to cancel it.

Q: What is the estimated delivery date of my order?
We process and dispatch your order within 48 hours of confirmation, our team does a verification call to confirm the address before dispatching. Once dispatched from our warehouse, delivery takes 4-6 business days across India via trusted logistics partner -Delhivery. You'll receive tracking details via SMS and email.
Q: My product hasn't arrived yet. The courier's number isn't reachable. How do I contact them?
We sincerely apologize for the delay. Please reach out to us at team@yursilver.com or WhatsApp +91-7303386669 with your registered phone/email and order number. We'll escalate the matter to our shipping partner immediately and get you updates within 24 hours.
